I have written a complete guide for setting-up a PXE server for RHEL4, This guide from the Linux Magazine will show you how to make it for RHEL5 .
The main difference is that the netboot.rpm package is not available for RHEL5 although it's referred to in the Redhat Documentation!
However, this guide will describe how to do every thing manually without using the GUI at all.
It's from the CISCO Labs, And it's really a great find!
